To unblock your webcam, do the following:
Click on the webcam symbol in the addressbar of your browser.
The following infobox appears:
Click on the button “Clear this setting and reload”.
Reload the page by pressing the “F5” key on the keyboard. Alternatively, you can press the “Reload page” button next to the address bar.
Click on the webcam toggle.
Click on the button “Allow”.
